We offer full refunds for cancellations made 72 hours or more in advance. Cancellations within 48-72 hours receive a 50% refund. Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable. Weather-related cancellations qualify for free rescheduling or a full refund if rescheduling isn't possible.

We maintain strict safety protocols including regular boat maintenance, comprehensive safety equipment, and experienced captains. All vessels are equipped with life jackets, first aid kits, and emergency communication devices. Children under 13 must wear life jackets at all times while on deck.
Swimming is only permitted when the captain gives clearance and the engine is off. Never dive headfirst as shallow areas may be present. Always use the swim ladder to re-enter the boat safely.
